I am missing some items from my order, where are they?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you are missing any items please contact us right away. We will be more than happy to supply you with your missing items as long as they are reported missing within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that some orders will ship in multiple shipments.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?

No, once an order is received it is processed immediately and can not be changed or canceled.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Can merchandise be returned?

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 7 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

*IMPORTANT No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned.

For returns, there is a 15% restocking fee on the product amount, and you are responsible for paying for shipping the product back to us.

NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.

If you receive an item and it is defective or broken, we will send a replacement right away. We will also schedule a pickup for the defective or broken product. You will not incur any fees. However, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
